Infusionsoft- A Whole New Level of Commitment to Small Business Success
It’s that time of year again. Spring fever for me, personally. What’s more is that I, along with a couple thousand other entrepreneurs and small business owners, am attending the Infusionsoft annual customer conference, InfusionCon, at the Arizona Biltmore.
As many of you know, I’ve been a certified consultant with Infusionsoft since 2007. And it’s been an amazing ride. Not always smooth, as it would be with any supercharged, fast growth business. However, the key for distinction for Infusionsoft, is the incredible vision, intention and commitment to serving the small business owner AND their growing team of very, very talented people.
So what does this mean for you? Well here are three lessons learned from all my work with Infusionsoft, small business owners and entrepreneurs who are committed to creating real wealth through entrepreneurship… starting, funding, marketing and growing successful businesses.
Three Things Infusionsoft Can Help Us All Understand
1. Build your business with a clear vision and commitment to your well-defined customer or client. The power of vision, intention and the discipline to follow through require a huge WHY that will constantly drive you when the going gets tough. Are you thinking big enough? Are you connected to your WHY? And how committed, really committed are you? Do you even have a plan in place? If not, why not?
2. You must build a team around you to ensure proper execution. Once your vision is in place, and your plan (Not having a plan of action is a kiss of death for small business), invest the time to define in writing your WHO, WHAT, WHY, WHERE, HOW, WHEN, TEAM AND TIME FRAME FOR EXECUTION. If you’re not willing to build a team, whether outsourced or employed directly, you will hit your ceiling and stay there, before you plummet to the floor in despair. Build the plan. Build your team.
3. You are the key to the success of your business. Which leads to your ability to effectively lead and manage your team. If you don’t work on you, your business will not grow consistently, over time. You will suffer. Here’s why. Human beings all possess self-limiting beliefs, or programs that operate at a subconscious level. This is the source of you blowing your stack at a customer, an employee, or allowing the fear to creep in and own you. Most of the time we have no clue about how to reprogram these self-limiting beliefs. Want to know more about how to work on you? Check out one of my clients, Dr. Matt Mannino, at Source Trainings, Inc. (I had the honor to attend Dr. Matt’s Beyond Wealth Weekend program this past weekend. All I can say is Dr. Matt and his team are incredible. Check them out.)
Infusionsoft deserves a ton of credit for keeping their promise. The company culture is on target. The plan continues to evolve. The customer focus is intense. And the business results are exceptional. Sweet, sweet example of execution.
I am grateful for the business relationship I have with Infusionsoft.
Just remember, software, like working capital, team, your plan, etc. are all tools and resources to leverage. And if you commit to doing continuing personal development work on YOURSELF, the people around you will benefit as you and your energy shift to a higher, magnetic (Law of Attraction) POWER.
Just make sure to stay committed to doing the work you need to do as a human being, and share the power of personal development with the key people on your team, internally and externally. No people. No team. No business. Get a job?
Oh, by the way, sign up next year for InfusionCon. It’s an incredibly dynamic and high-energy place to be with like-minded, success-driven people.
To your success!
